With reference to paragraph 4 of

Mr. Lyttelton's Circular Despatch of the 20th. of June,

1905, I have the honour to forward for Your Lordship's

consideration the enclosed copy of a letter dated the 15th.

instant from Messrs. Keegan and Rosencrantz, representing

the United Wireless Telegraph Company of 42, Broadway, New

York, for a licence to establish and operate a commercial

wireless telegraph business in this Colony. In this con-

-nection I forward also copy of a minute by the Acting

Director of Public Works dated the 14th. instant.

Such a wireless telegraph station

might be of considerable advantage to the Colony, and I

have the honour to inquire whether and upon what conditions

Your Lordship would be prepared to permit such a Wireless

Telegraph
